Please click on the above link to read Russell Elman's obituary from the Hamilton Spectator, Monday, May 11, 2009, page A2. Russell was a former DNA President and founding and longstanding DNA Board of Director. Durand was one of his passions. He authored two books about our wonderful neighbourhood - Durand: A Neighbourhood Reclaimed, and Durand Chronicle: Three Decades of Community Service. He will be sadly missed. As a tribute to him, the DNA will be unvailing a Russell Elman award at this year's Pinic In The Park on Saturday, June 20th.
