Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, 58 Jackson Street West.
This is a "must attend" event for all DNA members and residents of the Durand neighbourhood! You will hear about what the DNA has been doing over the past year for the betterment of our neighbourhood. You will hear about our plans for next year. Our Crime Manager from Hamilton Police Services, Sgt. Chris Zafirides, will be in attendance to briefly discuss recent crime trends in the Durand.
The DNA Park Revitalization Committee will be presenting its proposal concerning the Durand Park makeover. We will then hear very positive news from our Ward 2 Councillor Bob Bratina about the future development of the Durand Park. Lawrence Stasiuk, Landscape Architect, with the Public Works Department of the City of Hamilton, will discuss the role of the City in terms of design and plans for the Durand Park. |
